When I was a child I imagined about the many professions to do when I grown up. I thought to become a fireman, a doctor or a lawyer. In highschool, I have to make a decision about my future studies. In my family, my father and brother studied engineering, so they told a lot of good things about that career. But since I was a child I like the idea to become a vet. I remember a book that I read about the animal world that I like a lot. Also I remember watched many animals tv programs as a child, like Steve Irwin`s shows and others from Animal planet. I decide to be a vet, becouse I want to help animals that need care, and teach to the people about the animal world and the important of a good animal care.In the university I had the opportunity to work with animals and learn about their basical treatment and study about the general characteristics of the animal world, and thats great, becouse is wath i like to study and it`s not boring to me.
I want to study medicine in exotics animals or conservation medicine. In the future I want to work in a zoo, with animals that you can`t see everyday, or travel around the country helping to endangered animals. But it doesn`t bother me the idea to work with small animals.
